Before you book
Questions from the coast
Which day do you come?
Thursday or Friday. When you book we tell you which week you start, and after that we come every week (or every second week on a fortnightly plan). The exact day can move between Thursday and Friday.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most people aren’t. Leave the gate unlocked or give us the code when you book, and tell us anything we should know about your dogs or your yard.
Is it worth it for a bach or holiday home?
Weekly service suits a home you’re in most of the year. If you’re away for a few weeks you can hold your service and your billing moves to match. For a place you only use in summer, book a one-off clean before you arrive.
We’re on a big section. Is that okay?
Yes, lifestyle blocks are welcome. If yours is large, mention it in the notes when you book so we know what to expect.
What if I have more than one dog?
Extra dogs cost less than the first. On a weekly plan a second dog adds $9 a visit. The quote form shows your exact price before you pay.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
By card when you book, and your first clean comes off the first bill. There’s no contract: cancel any time from your dashboard.
Protecting our coastline
Mangawhai and Te Arai are breeding grounds for the critically endangered tara-iti, the NZ fairy tern. Dog waste near waterways is a real stormwater pollution risk. We use biodegradable bags and responsible disposal, so your yard stays clean and the coastline stays healthy.
